Arranging a Call
After receiving your request, we will then arrange a call to get more information on what you’re looking for and what you want to achieve.
This will allow us to get an idea of, if and how we can work together.

Book a taster session
If all is good after the call, I’l invite you to book a taster session (£25) which will give you the chance to experience how I work.
This will enable me to assess your current level of fitness/ability and figure out the best course of action to reach your goals!

Packages for Personal Training
Once you’ve successfully completed the taster session and we both agree to continue, we can talk about the packages I offer and which one would work best for you.
Everything within the package you choose will be discussed and agreed before starting your journey towards transformation!
I OFFER THE FOLLOWING PACKAGES
TRIAL PACKAGE
Book in to have a trial session. This is recommended to give you a chance to experience my style of personal training and whether you enjoy it or not. It also gives us the chance to decide if we are a good fit to work together!
Pay as you go (SINGLE SESSION)
This is for people who are busy and do not have a regular time schedule. If you’d like a one off session to check up on technique or address a specific issue, then this is the one for you.
Block of 10 package
This is ideal for someone who has experience in the gym but would like further help and assistance with technique and have a personal trainer to keep them accountable.
3 month package
This package is specifically made for those with long-term goals as we’ll be working together for a minimum of 3 months. I’ll be assigning your workouts, along with our PT sessions. I’ll also be tracking your diet and steps to ensure you are heading in the right direction!
THE TRAINERIZE APP
We use trainerize because it means you always have your personalised routine with you at the gym every time you train.

Myfitnesspal
We use my fitness pal because it means you always have your personalised macronutrient target goals and guidance with you at all times.
It also connects to your trainerize account so we can see your overall progress and goals.
FitBit / Apple Watch
We use fitness trackers because it means you always have your steps counted.
It also connects to your trainerize account so we can see your overall progress and goals.
Step tracker
We use step tracker as a substitute if you do not own a fitness tracker.
