Arranging a Call
After receiving your request, we will then arrange a call to get more information on what you’re looking for and what you want to achieve.
This will allow us to get an idea of, if and how we can work together.

Sign up
After explaining the process and signing you up, you will then be added to the applications we use for training and monitoring, such as smart watches, tracking applications and measurements. This will get you set up for our training program!

Progress
After completing each month of the training program, we will assess your progress using pictures, tape measurements, weigh ins etc to evaluate and refine your training program or diet. We will then plan the goals for the next training month. I will be with you for every step of the journey!
I OFFER THE FOLLOWING PACKAGES
PACKAGE 1
In this package, I would have you sign into trainerize and assign a training programme to your specific goals. You’ll have video demonstration to every exercise along with the whole routine. This is changed every month to help you reach your goals. This package is £130 per month.
PACKAGE 2
This package is where we would work closely together with weekly calls/ check ins alongside a tailored training programme. You’d also be able to book a call with me during the week if you have any questions/problems. This package is £180 per month.
THE TRAINERIZE APP
We use trainerize because it means you always have your personalised routine with you at the gym every time you train.

Myfitnesspal
We use my fitness pal because it means you always have your personalised macronutrient target goals and guidance with you at all times.
It also connects to your trainerize account so we can see your overall progress and goals.
FitBit / Apple Watch
We use fitness trackers because it means you always have your steps counted.
It also connects to your trainerize account so we can see your overall progress and goals.
Step tracker
We use step tracker as a substitute if you do not own a fitness tracker.
